HartMet Sp. z o.o. is a private company established in 2002.

Our specialization are cold forming (stamping shop), mechanical processing and tool services (tool shop) and heat treatment (hardening shop).

We have qualified staff and specialized machinery park from renowned global companies. We are a customer-friendly company in fields of quality, competitive prices and timely deliveries for offered products and services.

Implemented production processes are environmentally friendly and meet specific customer requirements as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AQAP 2110 standards.

Stamping shop

We offer serial production of stamped and punched metal elements, made on presses with a pressure from 25 to 400 tons. We specialize in fine blanking on FEINTOOL presses according to the fineblanking technology.

For production, we use both our own tools (made in our toolshop) and those provided by the Customer. Our Clients are companies from the following industries: automotive, electric power, metal and defense.

Tool shop

Our own tool shop provides us with service and repair of the tool in an optimal time, which guarantees continuity of supply. We produce blanking and stamping dies, parts and components for small arms, metal accessories for military and civil parachutes, and we provide machining services on CNC machines.

Hardening shop

In addition, we also provide heat treatment services, i.e. hardening after carburizing and nitrocarburizing and tempering, on fully automated and monitored continuous furnaces.
